本职位负责家族办公室的财务、结算及综合事务,确保日常运营的合规性与高效性。

This role is responsible for financial, settlement, and operations of the family office, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

核心职责Key Responsibilities

1. 财务管理:处理日常记账、付款、财务报表编制及税务申报;确保财务合规性。

1. Financial Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, payments, financial reporting, and tax filings; ensure financial compliance.

2. 结算支持:协助美股/港股的账户对账及资金结算,确保交易数据准确。

2. Settlement Support: Assist with account reconciliation and fund settlements for US/HK stock markets, ensuring accurate transaction data.

3. 其他:领导交办的其他事项。

3. Others: Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

职位要求Job Requirements

1. 学历:财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历。

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

2. 经验:2年左右新加坡公司财务/会计经验,或美股/港股/期货结算经验;有家族办公室/私募基金背景者优先。

2. Experience: 2 years of experience in finance/accounting for Singapore-based companies,, or settlements in US/HK/derivatives markets; experience in family offices/private equity is a plus.

3. 语言:流利的中英文(书面及口语),可作为工作语言。

3. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), to be used as working languages.

4. 技能:熟悉财务软件(如金蝶)及Excel;具备基础合规知识(如反洗钱、数据隐私);能够独立核对财务报表及解读期货股票等经纪商对账单。

4. Skills: Proficient in financial software (e.g., Kingdee) and Excel; basic knowledge of compliance (e.g., AML, data privacy) ; capable of independently reconciling financial statements and interpreting brokerage reconciliation statements for futures, stocks, etc.

5. 个人特质:细致严谨、多任务处理能力强、稳定可靠,适应高压环境。
