The L&D Manager is the ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment and is passionate about driving talent development through innovative, technology-enabled learning strategies. You will lead the design, development, delivery, and facilitation of key learning initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and career development pathways. You will also play a critical role in modernizing our L&D approach by integrating AI and digital tools to enhance learning effectiveness and impact. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and development journeys for professionals at various levels. Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, assess learning needs, and co-create solutions that are impactful and relevant. Develop structured learning curricula and curate blended learning solutions, including digital modules, virtual resources, coaching, and external content. Drive innovation by integrating AI, learning analytics, and digital platforms to enhance learner engagement, personalization, and performance outcomes. Use data and technology to assess program effectiveness, generate insights, and design metrics for reporting to senior stakeholders. Facilitate learning sessions and leadership workshops with confidence, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer. Maintain a pulse on learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our learning strategy and offerings. Apply their understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes, in line with leading practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development, ideally in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments. Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact learning programs and development journeys. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with experience in both in-person and virtual delivery formats. Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using learning technology, digital learning platforms, and AI-driven learning tools (e.g., adaptive learning, learning experience platforms).
