The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry. The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee. (1) You may apply for both core business tracks: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee, under the Sea Global MAP. If you do so, you will be considered and assessed for both tracks concurrently, but will eventually select 1 track to move forward with during the later stages of the interview process. (2) You may apply for 1 other role at Shopee & Monee alongside your SEA Global MAP application. (3) You may apply for the 2026 Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program alongside your 2026 SEA Global MAP (Shopee & Monee Track) application. Your rotations and eventual landing roles will be carefully matched to business needs in harmony with your personal aspirations .
