Customer Service Intern

About the role:
The intern will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure customer's orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure reports are submitted on timely basis to establish customer's schedules
- Liase and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
- Maintain and ensure safekeeping and traceability of relevant customer's documents/records
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements
The successful candidate:
- Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Business or related field
- Customer service orientated
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint
