You will develop and implement HSSQE policies, conduct audits, and provide training and guidance to employees to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSSQE policies and procedures for offshore operations
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any potential HSSQE issues
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on HSSQE matters
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and develop recommendations for corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Manage emergency response plans and drills
  • Monitor and analyze HSSQE performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSQE management, preferably in the offshore industry
  • Strong knowledge of HSSQE regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Certification in relevant HSSQE disciplines is a plus
