We are recruiting for a real estate company who is looking to continue to provide active asset management for their properties. Their portfolio is a mix of hospitality, retail and office.
This is a senior role where you will be part of the Management team, and you will play an instrumental role in maximising the value and performance of their portfolio. In this leadership capacity, you will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive asset management and leasing strategies, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, enhancing asset values, and driving operational efficiency.
Some of the main responsibilities will include the following:
Provide strategic direction, decision-making, and drive implementation of asset strategies.Monitor market trends, analyse asset performance, and identify opportunities to enhance asset value through repositioning, redevelopment, and strategic leasing.Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for each asset, ensuring financial objectives are met or exceeded.Oversee overall leasing strategy and process, including the entire process such as tenant screening, lease negotiations, rental collection, and lease administration. Review tenants’ performance and develop accompanying strategies to address non-performing tenants.Lead the development plan and deliver successful projects aligned with investment underwriting and asset management strategies. This will include collaborating with leasing, and marketing agents to develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads.Manage tenant relationships including addressing tenant inquiries, gathering tenant feedback for expansion opportunities, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and industry professionals.Monitor and assess property market conditions, trends, and competitors to identify risks and opportunities for the company.Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates on asset performance, market analysis, and leasing activities for investors.Requirements:
You must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, business administration, or a related field with at least 15 years of experience in asset management and leasing within the real estate or private equity industry, preferably with a focus on commercial properties. You have strong knowledge of the real estate market, including market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends and proven track record in developing and executing successful asset management and leasing strategies, delivering financial results, and maximising property value. You are a dynamic individual and have also demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team of professionals. Having a flair for marketing/branding vis a vis leasing and understanding the relationships between end-consumer experience and driving concepts/themes will be held in high regards.We are recruiting for a real estate company who is looking to continue to provide active asset management for their properties.
