About the job:

In this role you will:
* Be the regional TA Centre of Excellence (COE) and foster collaboration with HR teams at the global, regional and local levels.
* Support HR Director SEA to spearhead talent acquisition initiatives across SEA, focusing on crafting long-term recruitment and talent strategies and executing frameworks, programs and processes that will empower the business functions to thrive and excel.
* Collaborate closely with the business leaders across SEA to meet organizational talent requirements to enable successful business outcomes.

Talent Acquisition

* COE for recruitment in SEA, including projects implementation, recruitment tools / platforms, standardisation of processes etc.
* Responsible for hiring requirements for Singapore (BSIN) and regional or strategic positions in SEA (BSEA).
* Develop and deploy a flexible recruitment process tailored to the region, adaptable to local requirements and provide assistance to the HRMs in each country within the region.
* Propose, launch, broaden and sustain talent sourcing channels both regionally and locally while ensuring alignment with best practices and maintaining cost efficiency.
* Introduce appropriate assessment tools during the selection process to make informed decision and oversee the implementation and utilization in each country.

Talent Advisory

* Partner with the business to identify recruitment needs and candidate “must haves” and develop job descriptions
* Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for consistency and quality in interviews
* Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback
* Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and country HR teams

Employer Branding

* Act as the regional ambassador for employer branding, promoting the Company’s employer brand across various platforms and channels to enhance its reputation as an employer.
* Manage the Company’s profile on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other talent-related websites.
* Partner with marketing to build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels
* Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, universities / colleges, vendors, associations and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA process.

Process Improvement and Development

* Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
* Utilize data analytics actively for talent mapping and monitor emerging industry or market trends, ensuring alignment of talent competency with business requirements. We look for:

* Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
* 8 years or more experience in Human Resources with minimum 3 years’ specialist experience in talent acquisition in multinational companies in SEA and Oceania region
* Experience in managing direct talent sourcing, talent mapping and innovative head-hunting approaches to attract passive talents
* Demonstration of outstanding self-initiative and proactiveness towards continuous improvement, displaying a positive attitude towards adaptation to change.
* Proficiency in problem-solving skills and offering solutions.
* Robust business sense and capacity to envision the boarder prospective, enabling the alignment of future workforce planning with business strategies, all while addressing immediate resource requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication to effectively communicate across all levels, both internally and externally.
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills as well as the ability to critically challenge and influence different stakeholders in a global and matrix organization with multiple business units
* Results-oriented individual, analytical with good attention to details
