Your tasks and responsibilities: You will develop and grow the Enterprise Services business in line with the Siemens Healthineers strategy, through tailoring of the offering, “go to market” and sales strategy to the region and flawless execution of projects in close collaboration with the Siemens Healthineers Country teams. You will be responsible for the order intake, revenue as well as the profitability of the Enterprise Services business in ASEAN including both the Value Partnership as well as Consulting businesses. You will plan, hire, train, manage and allocate ES resources across the entire zone in alignment with the Country stakeholders covering all key functional areas such as Sales / Business Development, Bid Management, Solution Architects, Delivery & Program Management, as well as Consulting. You will leverage the full capabilities of Siemens Healthineers across all Business Areas and related companies (e.g., Varian, ECG Management Consulting, etc.) to design the best possible customized solutions for our customers enabling them to achieve their objectives. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including C-level customers, Banks, Private Equity Firms, Technology Partners, etc. You will proactively develop the market to enable ES and Consulting business by creating sales strategies and tactics and driving new projects forward, together with the sales team, country managers, and global support and delivery teams to achieve the growth targets set for the business. You are responsible for managing complex, value-based solution offerings with a focus on long term Value Partnerships. You will drive co-creation customer dialogues with both the public and private healthcare sectors to be able to design and develop the solutions and customized offerings. You work with cross-functional internal / external stakeholders (Business Areas/ Lines, Finance, Legal, Quality, Compliance Legal, Customer Services, Operations and Vendors) as well as the wider global ES community. To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Your qualifications and experience: 10+ years of experience managing complex business relationships, strategic planning, and execution. Experience in Sales / Business Development, interacting with C-suite stakeholders and Solutions / Services business, as well as consulting within the Healthcare sector. Solid understanding of alternative business models, financing solutions, contract analysis and experience in negotiation techniques and methodologies. Working within cross functional teams/processes and within a matrix organization to achieve goals. Strong evidence of ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essential. Your attributes and skills: You possess a degree in a relevant discipline, preferably also an MBA. You are fluent in English and have strong intercultural skills. You possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse team. You are a team player and able to build high performance teams with motivated colleagues. You have a pro-active sales mindset and ability to develop / co-create new business opportunities with customers. You comfortably interact and present at C-level / senior ministry representatives. You have a “Can do”- mentality, a structured work method, strong capabilities to develop new concepts and communicate your ideas convincingly. You have sound knowledge of modern sales processes and virtual ways of working and enjoy sharing your expertise with others.
