In this role, you will support two functions within the Office of Human Resources, namely:


1) Talent Acquisition

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead in NTU, you will be part of a dynamic team looking into talent attraction and acquisition strategies to meet the workforce meets of the University. The key responsibilities include:

Screen and assess suitability of resumesConduct talent searches through career portals to pro-actively source and identify the right profiles while taking into consideration the requirements of hiring departmentsProactively engage potential candidates on their candidates’ career aspirations to evaluate their fit to the organization and job before surfacing their profiles to hiring managers for reviewPartner internal stakeholders to facilitate interview arrangements for shortlisted candidatesSupport recruitment drives/fairs both within and beyond campus to attract high-quality talentsOversee other recruitment-related initiatives e.g. All related procurement process and contracts for career sites and panels of recruitment agencies

2) Performance Management

Reporting to Assistant Director, Performance Management, you will provide administrative support to him/her in the mid-year and year-end Performance Management cycles for the University. The key responsibilities include:

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt collation and submission of performance ratings and promotion recommendationsPrepare materials required for University-wide calibration panels and provide administrative/secretarial supportSupport the implementation of any new performance evaluation frameworkWork with HRIS team on system enhancements, where required

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant fieldMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in any Human Resource role, with at least 3 years of experience in Performance ManagementGood oral and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across all levelsHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelAble to work independently and within tight deadlinesDetail-oriented, proactive and strong analytical thinkingHiring Institution: NTU
