JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform customer facing functions such as Meet & Greets and Send offs, assist with patron engagements. Enable the sales team by delivering end to end revenue support to achieve the overall department’s sales goals. Oversee and manage all administration and business operational matters related with International Marketing. Enhance and improve workflows and processes to enhance productivity while ensuring adequate quality. Support business development efforts by understanding and navigating all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Respond and resolve internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate across internal MBS teams, regional and cross property teams to ensure seamless patron experience through effective communication and coordination. Actively participate in collaborative strategic planning processes with the Sales team leaders and other departments to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide genuine feedback for team members’ improvement and development. Establish learning and development plans and facilitate opportunities to enhance team members’ work performance including self-growth and development. Adapt to changes and ensure adherences to organizational operating procedures, policies, and service standards. Perform any other adhoc duties as and when required.

Leadership, Planning, and Development

Provide strong leadership to the team with a focus on their development and growth in alignment with personal and company objectives. Support the development and execution of marketing promotional programs specifically geared to the target market segments with the main objective to generate incremental profit. Collaborate with teams through the strategic planning processes within the team to identify opportunities that will drive optimal growth and profitability for Marina Bay Sands. Develop tools and resources for the business development teams to have a deep understanding of the business segments and drive business plans. Provide genuine feedback for team members’ improvement and development. Embrace the OneMBS culture through empowerment of team members to further enhance the ability of team members to exceed customer expectations. Enable and support a culture of communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing to help build constructive, dynamic teams that exhibit the Marina Bay Sands core values.

Background and Skills

College Degree is preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial positions in the field of Casino Marketing Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of ACSC, Opera, SAS as well DexRM system is preferred In depth knowledge of the gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the Premium Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to perform rotating shift work and work on public holidays and weekends as needed
