The Role

Job Responsibilities

Develop and configure service now modules, applications, forms, workflows, and scripts using service now development tools and techniques.

Integrate service now with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.

Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing of service now solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for service now issues and incidents.

Document and maintain service now design specifications, configuration, and code.

Stay updated with the latest service now features, releases, and best practices.

Work with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and analyze requirements and develop them into service now solutions.

Adhere to service now coding standards, security policies, and performance guidelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from a recognized university in Singapore.

At least 3 years of experience in service now development and administration in Singapore.

Service now certification (such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CIS-ITSM) is preferred.

Experience in healthcare industry in Singapore is preferred.

Strong knowledge of service now platform, modules, applications, and functionality.

Proficient in service now scripting languages (such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML).

Experience in service now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.

Experience in service now reporting and analytics using performance analytics, dashboards, and reports.

Experience in service now custom application development using service portal, service catalog, and scoped applications.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
