Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects across the APAC region which encompasses various disciplines within HR Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to gather project requirements, objectives, and expectations. Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations to ensure effective communication and documentation of progress. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and project outcomes. Participate in the evaluation of project results against defined objectives, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements. Support the communication of project status, updates, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices, tools, and techniques for effective HR project management. Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives related to HR projects. Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR project team as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or project management role, with a proven track record of supporting successful projects. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations is preferred. A proactive, positive attitude and a strong work ethic.-
