Job Description:

Global Strategy Development : Create and implement a global portfolio strategy to drive profitable growth in Component Packaging Materials.

Innovative Marketing Programs : Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to boost sales, profitability, and market penetration.

Targeted Marketing : Develop strategies for effective segmentation, positioning, and targeting to maximize market impact.

Collaborative Leadership : Work with leadership teams to define product and segment strategies, enhance customer engagement, and align demand/supply.

Industry Insights : Support projects by integrating customer feedback and industry insights to expand market relevance and competitive positioning.

NPI Program Ownership : Manage global New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring successful and timely product launches.

High-Impact Marketing Assets : Create marketing materials, oversee product launches, and design campaigns aligned with growth targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership : Provide leadership on NPI programs, guiding them from ideation to launch.

Next-Generation Concepts : Develop market-relevant, business-driven concepts for growth acceleration.

Global Insights and Analysis : Collect and analyze customer and market data to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Five (5) years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically within the semiconductor backend assembly and testing component materials segment in a public, private or military environment.

One (1) year experience of leadership in product marketing, global business management, and/ or cross-functional team collaboration, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

An MBA with a concentration in marketing, strategy, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a global product marketing role focused on materials within the semiconductor backend assembly and test industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive accelerated growth.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and alignment.

In-depth knowledge of semiconductor advanced packaging and packaging integrated processes, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.

Proven experience in developing global strategic and marketing plans, managing strategic initiatives, and driving business growth.

Demonstrated success in launching and commercializing new products, with a track record of achieving rapid market adoption and growth.

Strong ability to conduct independent market research, influence within a matrix organization, and apply analytical and statistical tools effectively to drive data-driven decision-making.

Ability to understand and anticipate market trends and customer needs; strong business and financial acumen; effective facilitation, communication, and teaching skills to drive strategic initiatives.

Results-oriented self-starter and self-directed leader with high energy and passion; strategic thinker with a bias for action and a commitment to problem-solving with an innovative mindset; a collaborative team player who acts with urgency to drive accelerated growth.

Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
