Your role
As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support our Professional Solutions business in Singapore. The focus will be on brands of Lenses, with a portfolio that ranks among the highest levels for consumer satisfaction. Whether they are to correct vision, protect the eyes or improve comfort and performance, each of our eyecare brands is driven by a shared goal to develop groundbreaking ophthalmic lenses that enhance lives through better vision. You have the chance to contribute to our mission and to successfully meet business targets by leading topics like: Promotion (B2B & B2C), Commercial events, Trade marketing and Social Media activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing
- Create and execute marketing plans, activities and events to increase brand awareness
- Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels
- Plan and execute all online and offline marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Conceptualize and produce B2C marketing collaterals and materials
- Development of marketing copy and proof-read copies for both offline and online campaigns, in line with branding guidelines
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Manage enquiries on customer service emails/enquiries
- Trade Marketing
- Plan, execute and manage trade marketing activities, e.g. B2B promotions, workshops, New Product Launch Events, Pop-up Stores etc
- Assist in development of marketing copy and proof-read copies for B2B and B2C materials, in line with branding guidelines
- Work with designers to conceptualize and produce collaterals to aid in communicating promotions, events
- Managing B2B and in-store marketing collaterals and materials
- Formulate promotional activities and work with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the smooth execution for all such activities.
- Drive customer loyalty through effective planning and implementation of loyalty marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate and manage content on all online portals to optimize user experience
- General
- Managing invoices and monthly reports
- Plan, Track and Analyze marketing activities against planned calendar and budget
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Main requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent, with 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field
- Candidates who also possess knowledge in SEM and SEO will have additional advantage
- Creative thinker and solutions-driven individual with an appetite for knowledge
- Possess aesthetic sense and understand the basics behind artwork production
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and open to learn the use of any new digital tools
- Candidates who are proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will have additional advantage
- Able to work under pressure & tight schedule whilst being meticulous on details
- Possess communication & interpersonal skill
- Adapt to changes & environment quickly
- Tactful and patient communicator
