We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Customer Relationship Officer, SingPost Partnership (12 months contract).

Principal Responsibilities

Call existing customer base using a prepared call script to provide after-sales servicing and cross sell opportunity via our Financial Planning Executives (FPEs) Ensures strict compliance with company and partners’ policies and procedures – including but not limited to PDPA and DNC registry Delivers measurable outcomes with appointment setting and appointments met Meticulously manage and update leads provided in Salesbox Manage Customer Centre emails from enquiries posted by orphan policyholders who require servicing/claims assistance from FPEs Feedback to Team Leads on customer feedback and areas of concern Any ad hoc projects Requirements Minimum “O” Levels Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a contact centre, preferably in insurance A customer-centric mindset Highly driven and motivated with a positive attitude
