The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness of internal policies; and lead and manage investigations. Our Ethics Office is looking for an Asia Pacific (APAC) talent with proven results in complex business environments. Ethics Office is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ethics and Compliance Manager (Training & Communications) to lead our global compliance training strategy. This senior leadership role will be responsible for creating a comprehensive training and communication program that aligns with the company’s compliance and ethical standards, ensuring that employees across all regions understand and adhere to these guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, training, and communication, with proven expertise in managing global programs. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership- Design, develop, implement and manage a comprehensive Ethics and Compliance training and communications strategy that aligns with the company's mission and initiatives and engages employees at all levels to support a culture of compliance.- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify compliance training needs and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.- Drive the integration of compliance training into the company’s broader learning and development initiatives. Training Program Development- Design, develop, and deploy engaging and effective compliance training programs across all regions, including APAC, AMS and EMEA via e-learning, in-person workshops and different campaigns.- Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and tailored to the specific regulatory environments of different regions.- Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and use feedback to continually improve content and delivery. Global Communication- Lead the creation and dissemination of compliance-related communications globally, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.- Collaborate with different key stakeholders (including Internal Communication, Global Branding) to adapt communications to cultures and regulatory requirements.- Oversee the development of communication materials. Team Leadership- Manage and mentor a team of compliance training and communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Coordinate with different Ethics Office regional leaders to ensure the effective delivery of training and communication programs. Stakeholder Management- Act as a key liaison between Ethics Office and other business units, ensuring that compliance requirements are understood and integrated into business processes.- Partner with HR, Business Units, Internal Communication and other departments to ensure the successful roll-out and adoption of compliance training and communication initiatives. Risk Management and Reporting- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance training and communication programs to senior management.- Identify and assess compliance risks related to training and communication, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.- Ensure that all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of working experience in compliance, training, and communication, with a significant portion of that experience in a global or regional leadership role.- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing large-scale training and communication strategies.- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.- Strong leadership and team development skills. Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in the tech industry is a plus.- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Ability to work collaboratively across different cultures and time zones. #LI-CG5
