Job Description

Business Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, meet customer commitments, and improve efficiency. Review business and execution key performance indicators regularly with account teams. Be accountable for direct client interaction to support growth and serve as an escalation point to improve customer experience. Understand the market and how market conditions affect business performance. Coordinate implementation and business process optimisation with account management teams. Proficient in Excel and data analysis. Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.

Others:

Interact with customers regularly. Analyse data to improve operations. Create and present PowerPoint presentations to customers. Track and increase consistency in operational performance. Understand operations. Create, monitor, and distribute reports. Track and improve efficiency and effectiveness across the program. Encourage collaborative efforts within regional teams, supporting and sharing best practices in the following areas: Data integrityTimely quotationsManage customer feedback.Strategize process improvements.

Skills, Requirements & Knowledge

A bachelor’s degree or College Advance Diploma is preferred. 3-5 years of combined experience in operations in freight forwarding, logistics, white glove services, and transportation industry Reliability, consistency, and self-initiative are important qualities. Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills required. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Thorough knowledge of transportation industry logistics and freight forwarding with a minimum of 3 years of experience required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, are essential. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the senior-level position.
