Job Description

We're searching for an experienced Assets Operations Senior Specialist to join our team in Singapore, focusing specifically on Assets within the Global Products Operations area. This position offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact by helping to develop and maintain cross-border products efficiently, ultimately saving money for a larger number of individuals.

Role Mission:

At Wise, we've been at the forefront of innovating money transfers across borders and currencies. Additionally, our customers have the option to explore various investment opportunities within the Wise Account.

The main responsibility of an Assets Operations Senior Specialist is to assist the Assets Product team as a representative of the Payment Operations division. This involves ensuring the efficient and secure scalability of new and existing products, features, and processes.

Contribution to the Operations Team:
  • Offer daily support to stakeholders involved in product launches, maintenance, and enhancements within the Assets realm
  • Maintain consistent high-level execution of recurring duties related to Assets
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, find solutions, and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Coordinate set-up, testing, and launch of new products/partners from an operational standpoint
  • Manage central changes, liaising with Payment Operations teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments
  • Lead training, communication, and documentation in the Assets Operations domain
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incidents within your area of expertise and escalate issues as needed
  • Serve as the initial contact for global products in the Payments Operations organization and Product teams

Qualifications:

About You:

  • Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Prior project management experience, preferably in Assets/Payment Operations
  • Experience in operations and leading projects to drive efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize based on data and customer needs
  • Flexible with working hours across time zones
  • Effective communicator and adaptable to different audiences
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, feedback-driven team environment
  • Proactive relationship builder with intellectual curiosity

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience in global team environments and payments
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
