We're seeking an experienced Assets Operations Senior Specialist to join us in Singapore, focusing on Assets within the Global Products Operations area.

This role presents a great opportunity to play a key role in Wise's mission by assisting in the development and support of cross-border products to help more people save money.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily support to stakeholders involved in product launches, maintenance, and enhancements for Assets
  • Ensuring consistent and efficient execution of recurring tasks within the Assets domain
  • Collaborating with various teams to identify solutions and optimize processes
  • Overseeing the setup, testing, and launch of new products/partners from an operational standpoint
  • Managing central changes and communication across multiple teams and departments
  • Handling training, communication, and documentation for Assets Operations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for global products within the Payments Operations organization and Product teams

Qualifications:

  • Singaporean Citizen/ Permanent Resident with strong written and verbal English skills
  • Prior project management experience related to Assets/Payment Operations within a financial services/fintech/tech environment
  • Experience in operations and leading projects to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Ability to prioritize based on data and customer needs, familiarity with SQL/dashboarding tools
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Proficient in operational risk management and effective communication
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills and intellectual curiosity

Additional desirable skills:

  • Experience in cross-border/global teams
  • Background in payments
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
