We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. What You Will Do- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. - Partner with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.- Ownership for complex employee investigations, grievances, disciplinary issues and provide coaching to business leaders on ways to manage each case. - Develop and deliver training and enablement for managers on performance management policies, tools and support ongoing coaching and support for day-to-day activity. - Be the ambassador of TikTok organizational culture, plan, and implement organizational culture activities. - Partner in headcount planning, management and support in the recruitment process based on business requirements. - Support the administration of key employee processes and system- Improving, implementing and supporting leaders understanding and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.- Supporting employees and managers with day to day queries or policy advice.

Minimum Qualification- 1+ years of HR experience, including HR Generalist, HR operation and other HR functions in global company.- Comprehensive HR and employment law knowledge, with experience in Singapore and other APAC regions.- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives.- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels Preferred Qualifications- HR experience in e-commerce or the technology industry.- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.- Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, accountable and resilient
