We are looking for an experienced recruiter with substantial expertise and market knowledge of the APAC region to join as a key member of our Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives team, part of our broader Campus Recruiting team. As a regional expert, you will help plan and deliver a range of campus recruiting efforts across multiple businesses and countries.
In this position, you will work alongside regional and global teammates to carry out various engagements and external partnerships to identify and attract outstanding new Jane Street interns and full-time employees. Your creative thinking will bring fresh ideas to our approach and help us anticipate where we need to go to find the next wave of exceptional talent. This will require finding solutions to big, interesting problems while also getting the little details right.
Your day-to-day will be crucial to the campus recruitment cycle. It will involve the strategic planning and execution of recruiting events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office), building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with universities and external partners, and administering timely and consistent marketing and communications to prospective candidates. While we will expect you to manage your own work, you will be joining a highly supportive team. Every day you will actively communicate and collaborate with teammates and internal business partners to drive our strategy forward.

From your first day, we’ll teach you the ins and outs of recruiting at Jane Street, including a deep dive into our big-picture strategy and how it applies to our daily work. Over time, we will continue to support your professional development with hands-on training and mentorship.

About You- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Has deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape across APAC
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Self-starter who can stay organized and handle competing priorities
- Approachable team player with a “no job too small” attitude
- Communicates clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Strong event-planning skills
- Excited to lead and participate in a range of recruiting events
- Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Enthusiastic about traveling to attend recruiting events on a regular basis
- No financial industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
