Job responsibilities
The Mass Vendor Relations (MVR) team works to help small and medium vendors be successful at Amazon by leveraging scalable and standardized processes. As the Program Manager in this team, you will lead the creation and optimization of processes that enable the commercial success of such hundreds of product manufacturers and distributors in Singapore. Your goal will be to improve vendor satisfaction and performance, which will require a combination of strategic vision and tactical execution. In addition, you will get an opportunity to closely work with Retail, Finance, Seller Support team and WW Product stakeholders to improve the way we manage vendors and their business at scale.
As Program manager, MVR your responsibility will include:
· Delivering critical business initiatives for our existing small and medium vendor base - selection expansion, availability, vendor operational performance, marketing and promotions etc.
· Managing all aspects of such initiatives in association with our remote operations team (e.g. workstream planning, requirements definition, key metrics definition, risk management, and communication).
· Identifying opportunities for Vendors to grow their business, engaging with teams to set up the right processes as well as owning the business performance.
· Analyzing and diving deep on our business performance, identifying possible changes and presenting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
· Engaging with Retail teams to share learnings and agree actions on joint complicated problems.

About the team
We established the Singapore (SG) Mass Vendor Relations (MVR) program with the mission of centrally recruiting, onboarding and managing Tier2 vendors across all Retail Product Families (PF), in a scalable and cost-efficient way. The program aims to bring efficiency in Vendor Management, so that Retail Vendor Mangers (VMs) have more time to focus on strategic brands and to create a standardized and superior vendor experience (VX) for Tier2 vendors. It consists of two sub-programs: i) Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) focused on recruiting and onboarding new vendors; and ii) Vendor Success Program (VSP) focused on managing Tier2 vendors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
