Collaborate with regional and country business leaders to drive alignment and investment in channel expansion activities, including e-commerce and large format retail.
Work with regional marketing teams to strengthen marketing execution according to agreed channel expansion initiatives, leveraging resources and learning from the global marketing team or other regional marketing teams.
Lead the development and execution of global programs to increase engagement and loyalty of HVAC technicians and installers across key markets, working cross-functionally and cross-regionally to create value for this sales channel.
Maintain close working relationships with joint venture partners, protecting the integrity of the Hitachi brand and overseeing existing governance processes.
Work closely with the CMO to administer the wider Marketing function through the right cadence of meetings and reviews, supporting management and reporting of budgets.
Help the CMO establish consistent and regular reporting of marketing metrics, based on different 'marketing models' and go-to-market strategies in various regions.
