Finance Transformation Manager

SeaMoney is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia.
The role of Finance Transformation Manager is pivotal in driving the standardization and optimization of key finance processes. This position entails modelling finance processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with teams to design and implement technology-based solutions to address challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead finance transformation on a regional scale.
Job Description
Standardize Key Finance Processes Regionally: Lead efforts to standardize and streamline finance processes across regional operations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessImplement Platforms and Technologies: Cooperate with system teams to design and drive the adoption of platforms to automate and improve financial processesModel Finance Processes: Analyse and model finance processes to identify areas for improvement and optimizationPrioritize Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize process improvement requirements, providing well-documented business cases to justify resource allocationDevelop Performance Metrics: Create and manage performance metrics to measure and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of finance processesStakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project objectives and outcomes with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-inCoordinate Joint Effort: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement standardized solutions regionallyTimeline Alignment: Coordinate with relevant system teams to align the development timeline
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field10 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong background in finance operations or financial managementAt least 3 years of experience in finance operations, with a solid understanding of financial processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, etc); or 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), or relevant systems.Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and successful process optimization experiencesExperience in product management or consulting is considered a valuable assetProven project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute finance transformation initiativesExcellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholdersStrong leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsCommitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and transformation
