What You Will Do
As the APAC Sales Enablement Manager, you will work with leaders across the go-to-market organization to increase productivity across multiple sales teams and identify key learning opportunities for Account Executives and sales leaders. Development will closely align to business initiatives and objectives of CES, while also adapting to the needs of the regional sales teams you serve. Learning begins with onboarding new sales professionals and extends to ongoing development of both sales professionals and sales leadership, including needs analysis, design, development and deployment of training. You will lead a growing team of sales enablement professionals, extending best practices across and into the organization. You’ll be a leader on a team that is innovative, collaborative, influential, and fun
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leaders across product marketing, marketing, sales operations and sales to establish effective and scalable go-to-market processes. Ensure enablement aligns to business objectives and is designed for optimal learning and impact.
Team Development: Recruit, grow and develop a regional team who leverage and adapt best practices to meet the needs of their target audience
Coach & Instruct: Partner closely with sales leaders to identify and prioritize enablement aligned to sales goals and seller competencies. Provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold. Provide training as an instructor and coach in topics such as sales skills and methodology.
Needs Analysis & Evaluation: Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team. Assess needs and identify solutions to drive sales performance. Establish key performance indicators and quantify effectiveness of sales process and sales enablement programs. Leverage sales enablement tools to gain insights and influence actions that drive sales performance
Enablement Team: Lead and manage a team responsible for identifying and delivering enablement to the APAC sales organization - frequently in partnership with product marketing - adapting and aligning to regional or segmented needs.
Collaborate: Partner closely with sales operations and enablement colleagues to leverage and adopt existing programs, processes, tools, and best practices to expedite availability and enable success of the APAC sales teams. This includes proactively identifying sales gaps and opportunities and implementing enablement solutions and programs to improve our sales teams performance.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or related discipline plus work experience in a sales--related role with a hardware or software company.
Ability to effectively deliver training.
Experience partnering with teams to assess, design, and deliver learning solutions.
Experience using multimedia authoring tools to develop online learning modules.
Experience independently interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization.
Significant experience of sales enablement, sales operations or sales leadership experience with a software company, managing a team including interviewing and hiring.
Experience designing and implementing training programs to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs; ability to effectively design and develop learning content including training, job-aids, documents, and videos.
Demonstrated success in defining and implementing processes to align and scale key initiatives
Preferred experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms; experience using CRM management systems, Salesforce preferred
Experience with a structured sales methodology, preferably Challenger Sales methodology
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.

Information About Your Location
You will work from our Singapore HarbourFront office location. You may be asked to travel on occasion, across APAC countries and potentially to the US. You should therefore be willing and able to travel (Valid passport is required).
