Responsibilities: 

Drive agents’ penetration and meet team targetFocus on converting prospects into paying agent subscribersMeet the team target of new acquisitionsCreate a target list for each dayPrioritise the target list and set number of cold calls for the dayPlan and set call schedule for follow-up sales calls for the dayStrive to increase the conversion rate of – Call to OpportunityStrive to increase the win rate of – Opportunity to Sales/Closed WonRecord sales activity in CRMMaintain accurate and up to date sales activity in CRMComply with SOP of the CRM usage.Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up prospects to become PropertyGuru Group subscribersMake sales calls in line with the daily targetsBe proactive in conducting product demos via virtual/live sessionFulfil daily call attempt based on the given target and effective call target percentage.Convert call activities into sales, by applying consultative selling techniques.Establish a professional relationship with Agents that have subscribed to PropertyGuruGroup and actively seek referrals from themStrive to convince and convert competitor users to become PropertyGuru Group’s subscribersEngage in regular and frequent communication with each prospectEnsure scheduled follow-up sales calls are met.Ensure meaningful communications with value to each prospectEnsure the communications and messages are delivered to prospects in an effective modeTimely and accurate reporting of sales performanceWeekly team sales reporting to Sales ManagerClear and detailed reporting of individual performanceEnsure smooth transition of sales to the AccountManagement teamRecord all Agent details accuratelyReceive and process payment from the Agents via correct payment methodWork closely with the Account Management team andFinance to ensure sales are processed accordingly

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a Sales environmentMust be able to converse in EnglishFamiliar with indoor sales environment and telesalesBusiness telephone etiquetteStrong communications skillsSales and negotiation skillsDesirableTelesales selling techniquesResult drivenPossess can-do attitude and with growth mindset
