Join us as a key member of the iShopChangi Leadership Team, reporting to the Business Head (Vice President).

Your main role will involve leading the business development strategy for iShopChangi's Wines & Spirits business focusing on the Domestic (Non-Traveller) segment. This includes exploring new business opportunities beyond current sales channels and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Management, iShopChangi (80%)
    • Direct management of a team and indirect leadership of the Marketing Team
    • Development of Sales Plan for categories, including pricing, sourcing, and promotion strategies
    • Collaboration with Business Analytics Team for competitive analysis
    • Management of merchant prospecting, account management, and partnerships
    • Accountability for P&L and performance metrics
  • Strategic Planning & New Business Development (Non-Travellers Segment – Wines & Spirits) (20%)
    • Supporting mid-term strategic growth plan for wines and spirits business targeting domestic segment
    • Hands-on involvement in business planning and execution
    • Opportunities for growth in a digital business environment
    • Requirement for strong eCommerce understanding, business acumen, and project management skills

This role requires a Degree Holder with 10-15 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Management, or eCommerce in the Wines & Spirits or Electronics sectors. Experience in P&L management is essential, along with strong commercial and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also key requirements. We are looking for proactive problem-solvers with a hands-on attitude.
