Job Summary

Suntory Beverages & Food Asia is looking for an IT product director to enhance and run an employee AI solutions and drive employee awareness and adoption.

This is a global role to develop and drive the strategy of using AI to drive employee productivity and experience. As an IT product leader, you will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of an employee AI chatbot (SunnyBot) that provides information and support to employees. The focus of the chatbot is to reduce day to day friction for employees on the day to day. 
You will also be in charge of creating and executing a communication and engagement strategy to increase the usage and satisfaction of the chatbot among the employees. You will work closely with the IT team, the HR team, other functions and the external chatbot vendor to deliver a high-quality product that meets the needs and expectations of the users.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand employee pain points across countries to identify opportunities to apply AI as a solution.
• Lead the strategy for AI driven solutions to match the need of employees. 
• Drive alignment of the solution strategy with the business unit and leadership to confirm budget and approvals
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and features for the employee AI chatbot based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Work very closely with the BU IT leads across the regions to ensure that the AI chatbot features are well understood and 
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate the sprint planning, testing, and release cycles with the IT team and the chatbot vendor.
• Monitor and analyze the chatbot performance, usage, and feedback metrics and identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Develop and implement a communication and engagement plan to promote the chatbot to the employees and encourage them to use it for their information and support needs.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand the user needs, preferences, and pain points and translate them into product requirements and specifications.
• Communicate and collaborate with the IT team, the HR team, and the chatbot vendor to ensure alignment and coordination of the product vision, goals, and deliverables.

• Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong self-learning abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Experience in user research, user testing, and user feedback analysis.
• Experience in developing and executing communication and engagement strategies for IT products.
