Join our Dynamic Team:

As the Lead Product Designer for GXS Bank, you will lead high-impact strategic projects that push boundaries. Your role involves managing stakeholders and coordinating across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping our Digibank design strategy from inception to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the complete user-centered design process and develop strategic product experiences to solve real customer pain points.
  • Conceptualize and iterate creative solutions to introduce innovative ideas to the market.
  • Implement design systems for regional markets, ensuring consistency in visual language and user experience across platforms.
  • Facilitate product strategy workshops to generate UX artifacts for product scoping and planning.
  • Focus on usability, interaction design, and design thinking.
  • Create polished visual designs and prototype solutions using tools like Figma, Framer, or Protopie.
  • Develop user flow charts, storyboards, wireframes, and other planning elements.
  • Analyze usage data to understand user behavior and inform design choices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, drive a clear vision, and gain support across functions.
  • Promote Design across the organization and conduct user research to validate design decisions.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a UX Designer.
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design techniques, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience in responsive design and mobile UI/UX for iOS and Android.
  • Knowledge of major mobile platforms and a strong design portfolio.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for users.
  • Ownership mentality and passion for crafting exceptional design experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
