Serving public sector clients is a crucial aspect of ServiceNow's business and future growth path. This position entails overseeing the success of the Singapore Government Cloud (SGC) environment. You will collaborate directly with Singaporean clients in the government and other regulated sectors to address their concerns, working closely with our field sales team to drive business growth. Your responsibilities include managing the environment, shaping the product strategy, staying updated on evolving government regulations related to data, cybersecurity, and AI, as well as maintaining the product roadmap.

Moreover, you will play a key role in influencing the direction of the ServiceNow Platform and suite of SaaS applications to better cater to public sector clients.

You will also lead the product management team for regulated markets in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on expanding our regulated cloud solutions to other markets in the Asia-Pacific area.

As part of the Product Management team under the Director of Regulated Markets & Public Sector Industry, you will be instrumental in driving ServiceNow's growth in the public sector sector.

What this role offers

  • Understanding the specific needs and challenges of Singaporean clientele
  • Collaborating with various teams such as sales, legal, security, marketing, and product management to ensure an optimal customer experience for public sector clients
  • Defining and implementing product strategies and roadmaps for the Singapore Government Cloud (SGC) environment
  • Assuming P&L responsibility for the SGC environment
  • Monitoring competitive intelligence to inform product strategies
  • Overseeing and leading the regulated markets product team in the Middle East
Qualifications

Required Expertise

  • Minimum of 7+ years of B2B Product Management Experience
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Singapore
  • Proven capability to influence and lead across business and technical stakeholders without direct authority
  • Sense of ownership in problem identification and solution driving
  • Ability to navigate complex and evolving environments
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in written form, with a focus on precision and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background strongly desired (e.g., computer science or prior software engineering experience)
  • Experience in engaging with public sector clients in APAC and MEA regions
  • Experience with platform-type products (e.g., familiarity with PaaS)
