Product Management is responsible for the value & viability of our products from cradle to grave. They are the connective tissue between our product strategy, business strategy and product delivery. They are influential leaders. They naturally drive visibility and alignment across Product teams and deliver. But we wouldn’t have it any other way. 

Overview  

As the Lead - Product Ops you will take responsibility for ensuring our Product Teams operate smoothly, scale processes, systems, and share common values. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency, fostering collaboration, and driving alignment across product teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of our consumers and drive business growth. With a focus on continuous improvement and creating conditions that foster agility, this role will play an essential role in shaping our product strategy and driving our competitive edge.

Let’s talk about the role

Leaders:

You will understand the big picture and drive overall success, while tactically delivering incremental value for the team and ResMed. You will partner with the leadership of Consumer and Provider Solutions and Product leadership on org-level design initiatives.

Strategic:

Leading multiple workstreams, you will lead collaborative efforts to improve work management practices, instill effective team practices, and ensure alignment and execution on a global change strategy. You will run complex - often ambiguous - programs. You will establish processes and governance, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to provide clear guardrails while empowering teams to move quickly.

Connect the dot:

A true systems thinker, you will always have a line of sight to the big picture, constantly connecting the dots and identifying the root causes of problems – not just treating the immediate symptoms.

Collaborative Catalyst :

You will be a catalyst for collaboration. You will lead critical initiatives to optimize work management practices, foster a culture of strong teamwork, and foster shared understanding across teams, leadership, designers, and cross-functional partners. You will be a multiplier who inspires and motivates others to do their best work.

Champion of Product Excellence :

You will continuously refine operational best practices, strengthen feedback and learning loops, lead the implementation of our long-term Product Ops strategy, and drive consistency across our embedded Product practices. As a member of Consumer & Provider Solutions leadership team, ensure measurable success for both our Leadership team and the broader Product organization.
