We’re searching for a Lead IT Architect, Microsoft, to be part of our diverse team of talents here at NCS

We are looking to onboard a highly experienced & seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with additional capabilities in project management, delivery, client-facing, and stakeholder management. This role will hold the responsibility of designing and implementing innovative solutions using the Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM platform during both Pre-Sales & Delivery phases. Leading large scale transformation delivery projects, this role will be responsible for managing the projects end to end and drive delivery excellence. The candidate must have strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

What we seek to accomplish together:

Play an active role in pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, understanding their pain points, and proposing tailored Dynamics CRM solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Act as a trusted advisor who consults with organizations and implementation team members to refine business requirements into a cost-effective, scalable & future proof solution Develop and present customized demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of the Dynamics CRM platform. Design and architect innovative solutions using Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements and deliver value to clients. Facilitate design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, availability, storage, and change management Manage project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes, using Agile methodology and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Dynamics CRM best practices, project management methodologies and latest trends & innovations in the Dynamics product

A little about you:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM, with additional experience in project management & large-scale project delivery. Functional and technical knowledge of Power Platform, Dynamics apps, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other third-party technologies Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project management best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Certifications in Dynamics, project management, or related fields are a plus.
