Job Description

Role Purpose
• Developing effective strategies and business plans which achieve the telesales key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leading internal and external teams.
• Managing the performance of team members through target setting and daily monitoring.
• Maintaining a database of customer information.
• Sharing customer insights from the front line with key stakeholders so that our products, services and propositions can evolve based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Implementing sales processes and projects to achieve specific sales objectives.
• Developing and executing sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives, including identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and formulating plans to drive revenue growth.
• Managing the relationships with existing partners.
• Ensuring partners comply with their agreements and sales targets.
• KPI reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Managing and solving conflicts with partners.
• Negotiating and closing agreements with new partners.
• Coaching direct reports and their DR’s.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field
• Min 7 years of work experience in telesales.
• Management experience of highly effective teams for at least 5 years.
• FMCG/Telco telesales experience.
• Experience managing a P&L. 
• Significant experience in project monitoring and reporting. 
• Experience managing partners.
• Dashboards using online tools.
