DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of Sales Team, the Inside Sales Executive primary responsibilities include promoting DTCC Solutions and developing highly qualified sales leads for their territory. Aligned to a specific geographical / linguistic territory, the incumbent will demonstrate sales and lead generation tools, events and campaigns, to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. They will engage prospects over the phone and email to qualify them, add them to the sales pipeline, and help in achieving revenue goals. They will work in a team-oriented environment supporting outside Sales Executives on key initiatives. This key and integral role directly impacts the ongoing success of DTCC and provides career development and opportunity within the company.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential customers, within an assigned geographic territory, demonstrating various sales and lead generation tools. Develop customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails. Work with the Sales Executives to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify and schedule presentations. Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence; keeps records and generates reports on all phases of activities using Salesforce.com. Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of DTCC Sales Training and self-study. Stays informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, prospects, active measurements, and driven issues. Deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management. Display self-discipline and focus to effectively lead an intense and high-volume business; strong time management skills. Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately.**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Minimum of 2 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Ability to conduct business discussions in mandarin is a plus.-
