Senior Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations Perform analysis of departmental Profit & Loss Statement Ensure correct account coding of SAP Goods Receipt (GR) transactions and appropriate follow up actions where necessary Ensure SOP for petty cash claims is adhered to and prepare corresponding journals Review inter-department billing forms for SOP compliance and prepare corresponding journals Perform any other duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field preferred

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the hospitality industry

Other Prerequisites

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Team player with good interpersonal skills Meticulous and strong analytical skills
