Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of accounts, financial statements, and support audits
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Create customer invoices
  • Conduct data entry, including processing supplier invoices
  • Assist in GST preparation
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by Management

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn
  • Proficient in English
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Adept at meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a commitment to ethical work practices
  • Experience with MYOB accounting software a plus
  • Available for immediate commencement
