The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls, chat & emails in a professional manner
  • Recording accurate details and u actions taken to resolve issues or provide assistance.
  •  Ensuring customer service and satisfaction through clear communication and helpfulness in both languages
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • At least College Level
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
