Sales Training and Development Specialist

About the Role
This is a position that exists to provide training to sales team in the APAC region. You will support the leaders to ensure the team have the knowledge and skills required to perform their job.
Responsibilities
Supporting the sales leaders in the ongoing development of the Sales and Customer Success Managers. With the goal to improve their effectiveness and goal attainment. Coordinating and facilitating training programs and workshops in the region. Including (but not limited to), new hire onboarding and go-to-market training. Ensuring all training and development programs are consistent with LNRS vision, mission, values, and goals. Collaborating with the other regions to share best practices and to ensure the highest quality of training Working on multiple projects simultaneously Performing other duties as assigned.
