Responsibilities:

Handle online and in-store customers’ complaints, compliments, and enquiries via different platforms; escalate feedback to the relevant department when necessary Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer feedback. Investigate and resolve all complaints timely. General administrative duties: data entry, maintaining the filing system, preparing notices and posters, etc. Prepare internal training materials for different departments. Undergo training sessions at outlets to gather information and create operation manuals. Maintain and revise the operation manual regularly. Generate reports for monthly meetings. Assist in creating or amending posters and graphic images for marketing purposes. Cover receptionist duty when necessary. Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree and diploma holders in any discipline. Good team player, self-motivated, and service-oriented. Excellent command of speaking and writing in English (fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in communicating with Chinese-speaking associates/customers). Candidates who possess knowledge of Adobe Illustrator are preferred.
