The Role

Responsibilities

Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the clients and the project team.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Manage the project execution, ensuring that the tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards.

Communicate and coordinate with the clients, the project team, and other stakeholders on a regular basis, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.

Identify and manage the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.

Monitor and evaluate the project performance, using appropriate tools and metrics, and report on the project status and outcomes.

Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the client expectations and requirements, and that they meet the quality and compliance standards.

Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and feedback collection.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects involving multiple tools and systems.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and other project management software.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

This role will be based in Singapore.
