Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of services for a key global account in the region. Plan, implement, and execute contracted services, ensuring they meet SLA, cost, governance, performance, and quality standards. Build and manage a skilled team to meet schedules and resolve technical/operational issues. Maintain clear communication channels with clients and internal teams. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and performance standards to optimize service delivery. Monitor and report on account financial health, addressing any issues. Handle contract scope, variations, and operational reviews. Act as the escalation point for unresolved client issues. Participate in compliance audits, business continuity planning, and client satisfaction programs. Identify growth opportunities and assist account management in offering new services. Drive continuous improvements and present innovations to clients regularly.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What We’re Looking For:

Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, infrastructure and data center environments. Strong knowledge of business, market trends, sales strategies, account management, service delivery, and financial analysis. Proven track record in communication, service delivery, and relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant experience. 8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in service delivery management within an IT outsourced environment. Familiarity with major Unisys service offerings and evolving technologies.
