JOB SCOPE
Responsible for management of work-injury cases, including but not limited to conducting interviews, filing work injury report, processing claims and conducting claim analysis. Liaise with benefit vendors/providers in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs Provide advice on the day-to-day application of benefits policies, programs, and proceduresJOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Basic understanding of WICA provision/requirements; Preferably with relevant experience.
