[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You will manage Leave/Absence and Flexi-Work administration for ITE, which includes the review and/or implementation of corresponding policies, guidelines and provisions etc., and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will attend to queries and requests from staff on Leave/Absence and Flexi-Work matters, including system-related issues. You will prepare and/or analyse Leave/Absence and Flexi-Work data, statistics and reports.

You will also collaborate to implement HRTech initiatives to help drive HR digital transformation efforts in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for HR processes. You may have the opportunity to be assigned tasks and projects related to other functions of Human Resource.

[What we are looking for]

• Strong credentials with relevant experience in HR preferred

• Experience in Workday and HR operations or Leave/Absence administration preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power Automate, PowerBI (preferred)

• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently

• Keen attitude and aptitude for HRTech

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
