Job Title: Assistant Fragrance Development Manager

Key responsibilities

Undergo Raw Material Training with Perfumer and Market Product training with FDMs and Perfumers. Assimilate olfactive and technical knowledge of specific product category; including terms, market landscape, history, olfactive and Consumer insight tools Build Project management understanding within the framework of assigned projects, especially interaction with related functions including: CI, Marketing, Sales, Creation and Application Laboratory skills Learn effective communication internally and externally and build relationships with other functions, particularly perfumers. Play an active role in collection work, including participating and assisting in organizing regular evaluations and database maintenance. Participate in client meetings when possible and begin to accumulate understanding of project and client strategic thinking.

You bring

1 -3 years of fragrance laboratory, marketing, evaluation, sales or similar experience preferred  Olfactive skills Passion in the world of fragrances Organized; proficient multi-tasker Curious, Self-starter, independent Onsite participation 4-5 days per week
