Key Roles andResponsibilities

Provide training and coaching for new hires, including business knowledge and procedure, contact handling process, platform features, soft skills training and organization culture. Follow the training cycle to provide refresh and upskill training for tenured advisors, including business and procedure updates, soft skills and communication skills training. Evaluate the impact of training and coaching through engagement, learnings, behaviour, and results. Continuous development by staying up to date with business knowledge and L&D trends. Follow training related SOPs, hand in training and coaching documentations in time to manage and report training progress. Training course development that meets the business needs, such as new products systems, or soft skills training materials. Conducting a data analysis to discover training needs and develop the training material to match the needs of the business operation. Managing a classroom and closely cooperating with the service teams to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for their team. Conduct training satisfaction surveys and obtain feedback from the trainees, providing us with opportunities analyse areas of improvement and provide solutions to grow and develop the training program. Ability to work as part of a team or individually, with initiative. Complete other tasks and other training projects assigned by training supervisor.

Qualifications

Trip.com or travel related working experience,preferably in a contact centre. Proficiency in both verbal and written Englishare essential for delivering training sessions, creating training materials,and effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders Strong presentation skills and the ability todeliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilising variouspresentations techniques and tools to capture the attention and interest ofparticipants. Strong organisational skills and time managementskills to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage training programs, resourcesand schedules Ability to adapt training content and deliverymethods to different learning styles, audience needs, and organisationalrequirements. Capability to collaborate with supportfunctions, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, gatherfeedback, and ensure alignment with Trip.com goals. Proficiency in MS office 365 software, such asWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint. Should be familiar with online training toolsand have relevant training experience. It is advantageous to have knowledge with Canva,Photoshop, Mentimeter and Articulate

Assessment Process

The interviewprocess will consist of two stages. Initially you will be invited to askill-based interview in which your skills and suitability for the role will beassessed. Should you successfully pass the initial interview stage, then youwill be invited for an assessment which will consist of a presentationassessment.
