Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth from assigned business verticals, accounts, and enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth from assigned verticals and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to increase share of wallet and drive sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Forecast sales and orders, and provide regular updates to the sales head.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, channels, and pre-sales, to develop winning strategies for sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2-5 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in businesses related to datacenter infrastructure, mechanical and electrical equipment, engineering solutions, and similar industries.
