Responsibilities: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic CorporateCommunications Manager who can independently manage external communicationsprojects and initiatives; to protect and strengthen the Group's reputation andproposition with stakeholdersin the region – including the Group’s customers (property seekers, sellers,agents, developers, banks, industry associations, and valuers), prospectivetalent and investors.

This role is part of the Corporate Communications teamunder the Group Marketing Organisation. Having a regional remit, you willpartner with the Head of Corporate Communications (External) and work closelywith diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.

You are a candidate with similar experience in corporatecommunications either internally or externally, with a track record of carryingout creative and effective communication campaigns across multiple platforms,markets and for various audiences.

Ideally, you have both agency and regional experience. Youare a solid communicator, have excellent writing skills, and are a strategicthinker who can deliver impactful campaigns.

Manage and execute external communications projects from end to end.Develop communications plans and with relevant narratives and key messages for multiple audiencesManage a regular cadence / always-on calendar for leadership engagements; in partnership with the Head of Corporate CommunicationsPartner with communication agencies to implement plans/initiatives to achieve business impactAlign with internal stakeholders including leadership, marketing, product, for varied external communications and storytellingDevelop and manage spokespeople engagements and narrativesSupport the creation and management of a centre of external communications excellence.Develop and uphold quality and standards for external communications assets and materialsOwnership and management of Group's platform e.g. corporate website, LinkedIn GroupAlways on integrated approach in partnership with marketing teamImpact and measurement

Requirements:

A highly motivated, passionatecommunicator with relevant experience in communications, public relations, ormarketing.
Experience in planning and executing Corporate Communications or Public Relations that meet communication and business objectives:

You should have prior experience working in an agency, as well as managing teams, projects and regional clients.Experience preferably in the Asia / Southeast Asia.A bachelor's degree in journalism, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent working experience.Strategic writing and editing skills.Leadership in leading communications projects and managing with cross-functional working teams.The ideal candidate will have in-house or agency experience with demonstrated ability to ideate and implement communications campaigns.The successful candidate will be a results-driven and solutions-oriented individual; a person who has a can-do attitude, rises to the challenges and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well with multiple internal and external stakeholders
