AtSynpulse, our Talent Acquisition team combines a unique blend of Headhunting,Storytelling and Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service andpartnership to the business. Our team’s mission is defined by two primaryobjectives: firstly, to connect the finest talent available in the market withSynpulse, and secondly, to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.
What yourrole will look like:
You will lead the TA function for the Singapore office and work closely with the Country Head and the People and Culture Business Partner to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of Sourcing, Qualification and Process Management You will actively source candidates with the use of LinkedIn, social media channels and alternative search techniques. You will actively build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipelines for future hiring needs You will measure and report on recruiting metrics by consistently utlising and maintaining data within the ATS You will provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trends You will provide a seamless candidate experience and through each stage of the process and champion our employer brand throughout About you:
