At Similarweb, you'll experience rapid innovation, collaborate with talented individuals, tackle significant challenges, work with state-of-the-art technologies and data at impressive scales, and contribute meaningfully to the success of the world's most innovative companies.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to become part of our global talent acquisition team and take charge of recruitment activities in Singapore, Tokyo, and other APAC locations as needed. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Similarweb, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Recruiting: Collaborate closely with hiring managers in Prague and Tel Aviv offices, overseeing the entire recruitment process.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing valuable recommendations to shape our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source, recruit, and network with potential candidates, including leveraging social media, attending networking events, and participating in job fairs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interests, personalities, and salary expectations.
  • Skills Assessment: Use standardized screening techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our organization.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage our ATS system to efficiently post job openings and monitor applicant progress.
  • Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and development within the talent acquisition team.
  • Candidate Experience: Create and maintain a top-notch candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Diversity: Ensure a diverse talent pipeline through partnerships, inclusive outreach, and unbiased hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational company.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Strong sourcing skills and creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a curiosity to educate and inform hiring managers with valuable insights.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and inspiring others.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Note: This position requires physical presence in the office four times a week.
