As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LionsBot, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to identify, engage, and secure the best talent. This role is vital to our growth and expansion where innovation and expertise are key drivers of success.

Essential Functions Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop comprehensive job descriptions and conduct job kickoff sessions. Create and execute strategic independent recruitment plans (without utilising external agencies) to attract top candidates, predominantly in the engineering and manufacturing professions. Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to proactively source and engage potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Candidate Assessment
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organisation.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical assessments and testing, as necessary, to evaluate candidates' technical expertise.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication throughout the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding
  • Contribute to enhancing and maintaining a strong employer brand by showcasing the company's culture, values, and mission.
  • Create and manage compelling job postings, recruitment marketing materials, and employee testimonials to attract top talent.
Data and Analytics
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, achieve & track recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise recruitment efforts.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and long-term staffing needs. Develop strong relationships with assigned department heads and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in equivalent roles independently performing full-cycle recruitment of top talent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and local job boards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations including strict understanding and adherence to the tripartite guidelines (TAFEP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Corporate recruiting experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of technical roles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Start-up mentality with the ability to learn fast and jump in.
